Online Ordering
Once your request is submitted, our dedicated team will call you to confirm your booking details. We then get to work meticulously packing your selected hookahs and accessories to ensure they arrive in pristine condition for your event. Packaging
On the day of your event, Cloud Vibe delivers your rental order directly to your doorstep, ready to set the stage for your evening. Our professional team takes care of the delivery and tutorial, ensuring that everything is in place for your guests to start indulging in flavor.
Delivery & Setup
At the end of your rental duration, our team will simply retrieve the rental items, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish. To ensure the safe return of our rental items, a small security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon inspection of the hookahs at pickup, giving you peace of mind knowing that your rental experience is protected.
